We had a very nice work party tonight, creating Soul products for the upcoming Artist Sale. Volunteers made really beautiful felted soap, bead/button garlands, prayer flags and trifold photo brag books. The friendship at the party was so warm and wonderful and I am thankful to Diane for putting this together. Diane has such great energy and brings some new ideas while building on the excellent base built by Kari.

Megan has been working so hard completing a grant and booking many new family photo shoots. She is doing a great job and the only thing I have to worry about is that she works long hours and I don't want her to get too tired. She has great organizational skills and is one of the kindest people I have ever met.

At the work party were the two photographers who both completed shoots this weekend for families facing the loss of their beloved infants. Both Cami and Dawn did exceptional work and I am grateful for their skill and expertise. Please hold the families they worked with in your hearts as these losses are excruciatingly painful.

I want to thank Lori Sawyer's mom for her generous donation today in honor of Joseph and Molly. Lori has been such a pillar of support for me and for Soul and the thoughtfulness and caring in this donation are appreciated.

Our dear friend Charlotte has been generating funds also and with all the new families we are serving, we are especially thankful. This weekend is Charlotte's memorial and I will be honored to share some thoughts about this wonderful child and her family. I want to thank Greg Johnson for the work he is doing to create a video presentation for the service.

Special thanks for all who volunteered today and to those of you, including a dear high school friend from Sequim who sent wool roving for the soap, my sis in law Jane who taught us how to felt the soap and to Cami's daughter and her 2 friends who came and spent time to help us out.

In love and peace, Lynette
