The beautiful and brave little fighter, Molly Grace lost the battle with Tay Sachs last night. I send my deepest sympathy to her family. As you can see by her photo here she was a stunning child and was loved completely. Both Sarah Mattingly and I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful child at the last two NTSAD conferences that we attended. She will be sorely missed.

Two new photographers, Shon and Bryan have completed their first Soul shoots. I got to see Bryan's work yesterday and he brings a fresh look to his work and he captured wonderful images for the family. Karen also had a shoot on Sunday and Dawn is scheduled for later in the month. It remains busy and we are currently looking for a few new volunteers to work in the office helping Sarah with making the gifts for the families and other tasks. If you live near to Ballard and have time to give on a regular basis, especially on Thursdays or Fridays, have computer skills and are versed in helping in an office we would love to meet and see if this is a fit for your volunteer efforts. Please call 206-297-0885 or email us to let us know you would be interested.

We are getting ready for the big work party one week from today. We are still looking for a source of matte board to make the trifolds. We have our wonderful source, Annie's Art and Frame here in Ballard but we are so busy that we have used up their scraps. If you frequent a frame shop it would be wonderful if you would ask if they would be willing to donate scraps that are a minimum of 4 by 4 inches. You can call us and set up a time to deliver if you have any luck locating some.

In love and peace, Lynette
