Wow, what a Halloween treat I had today at Seattle Children's. New Soul photographer, Liz and I attended the Halloween Party on the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance floor and it was smashing. I got to tag along with Dan Wilson, Rick Riz and the Mariner Moose as they reverse trick or treated with the patients who were in isolation. That Moose is one popular animal and he really was the super star. I was just knocked out by the nurses, the volunteers from Side by Side and Holy Names and of course each patient and their families were so amazing. We had pirates, a mermaid, a Swat team member, Woody, Batman, princesses and a convict to photograph. Ah, Halloween is a good celebration.

We are really in full swing of pulling the Artist Sale together. It coming right up so please mark your calendars and tell your friends. Its important that we have good sales to keep this ship moving forward. We would welcome volunteers to help at the sale and would just love it if you would call 206-297-0885 to participate. We need greeters, cashiers, cookie bakers and clean up help.

Lori Sawyer was by today and she is busy putting the finishing touches on the newsletter. We will have them out soon so be looking for yours in the mail. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please email or call and we will take care of that for you.

Tomorrow is the memorial service for my Aunt Vivian. I am a little stunned to realize that I am now without a female mentor in my family. Goodness, it must now be my turn to be a roll model. Graciousness was Vivian's forte, I miss that mark by a lot but maybe I can work to improving in that area in her honor.

I have a lot to do this weekend so I better wrap this up by letting you know that the two children featured today were photographed at Camp Agape this summer. We are excited to share their amazing faces. In love and peace, Lynette
