Our hearts are with Christian's family today as they lay him to rest. I share today a photo from my visit to his hospital room that shows the families hands. I send them much love.
This weekend about a dozen of my female friends gathered here to work with paper and explore new art techniques. It was a time of much laughter, color and light. I am blessed to be surrounded by talented and charismatic friends. It was so nice to have my Lulu with us. She is diligent about her job search but took time to be with us.
We had news from our dear McKenzie who resides in storm ravaged Chico, California. Along with the entire area she was without power and had already had the gate to her fence blown away in the morning hours as well as a tree that fell and blocked the back door to the restaurant that she manages. She was joined by her boyfriend who was flying down through the storm on Friday. We are happy that they are both safe and that power was restored to the town.
My sincere thanks to my friends Richard Tait and Karen Fries, their recent donation was a blessed surprise and we are all very grateful for their kindness and consideration.
It is planned that I will be interviewed today at KUOW. I haven't heard for sure that this is on but supposedly if the interview goes as planned they will air a segment around 1:00 this afternoon. We are always honored to share stories of our mission and the families of Soulumination.
I close as always, in love and peace, Lynette
